5. Ordering and Payment

Placing an Order

By placing an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful submission of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is processed and shipped.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and shipped.

We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you accordingly.

Payment

Sales Tax

7. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — they are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we may charge a re-shipping fee.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

International Orders

We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping is offered, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees applicable in your destination country. These are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

8. Returns and Refunds

We stand behind The Sculpt & Flow Ritual™ with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact us, at support@sculptandflow.net, within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied after trying the ritual consistently.

Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date
• We may ask you to describe your experience and confirm you used the product as directed
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• We may require the product to be returned before a refund is issued
• We reserve the right to limit refunds to one per customer per household

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sculptandflow.net with a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@sculptandflow.net. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@sculptandflow.net and attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will make a good faith effort to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site or products shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Louisiana. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

Exceptions

Either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
